BIOGRAPHY

  Composer, pianist, guitarist Frank Unzueta is best known for his work in jazz. From his acclaimed jazz piano trio and World Jazz group One World, his releases on Sunstone Records have garnered a wide and diverse audience and an international reputation.

  

  His first film scoring assignment, A Father's Journey released in 2015, opened a new chapter in his career. A film short, Persophone, followed. Scores for TV pilots Hollywood Or Bust and Hidden Voices in the rap/hip hop style, as well as music supervision for the  film Autistic America showcase his versatility.

  Unzueta's orchestral score, Ruben In Paradise, has caught the interest of the Los Angeles Philharmonic under the direction of conductor Gustavo Dudamel.

  Current projects include composing for the spinoff film Roofer Man by director/producer Lou Pizzaro, creator of the hit reality show Repo Man, a new jazz trio album, plus an orchestral score for jazz piano trio and orchestra.
